Once an exclusive country club for American elites in 1920s to 1940s, Columbia Circle has reopened its doors more than seven decades later, this time, to Shanghai's general public as a multi-purpose site for dining, drinking and entertainment.

Former site of Navy Clubhouse has been taken over by restaurants and bars on both floors.
